Overview
The TENLIN SC-10 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature controlled device with a Tank volume of 10L with a Temperature range from room temperature to 100 ° C. It uses advanced control and cooling technology to provide a stable, uniform thermostatic environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath works in tandem with the heating system through the Compressor refrigeration system to achieve rapid lifting, temperature and precise temperature control. Its core Control system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to drive the refrigeration or heating unit for dynamic adjustment. The circulation pump promotes the liquid for domestic circulation to make the temperature in the tank uniform; when the external circulation is turned on, the thermostatic liquid can be drawn out to provide a stable temperature field or cold source for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, and the system will automatically run cooling/heating to reach the set temperature and maintain stability.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• The injected heat transfer medium level should be within a reasonable range to avoid overfilling or underfilling.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, ensure that it is within a safe and reasonable range.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline is smooth and well sealed to prevent leakage.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure heat dissipation and cooling effects.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and tank body to maintain cleanliness.
• If not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
