Overview
The TENLIN SC-10A High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of room temperature to 200 ° C and a Tank volume of 10L. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide a stable, uniform and High Accuracy thermostatic environment for laboratories.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a refrigeration system (Compressor unit) and a heating system to work together to achieve rapid temperature rise and fall of the medium in the tank. Its core Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the cooling or Heating power to maintain the set temperature. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures a high degree of uniformity of temperature in the work area.

Steps
1. Check the power supply of the equipment and the liquid medium in the tank.
2. Turn on the power switch and power on the device.
3. Set the required temperature and parameters (e.g. alarm temperature upper and lower limits) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the operation, the equipment starts to work, and it can be used after reaching the set temperature and stabilizing.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• Appropriate heat conduction medium should be added to the tank, and the liquid level should meet the requirements to avoid dry burning.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, a reasonable upper and lower limit should be set to ensure safety.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure good heat dissipation.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• If the device alarms, please check the fault according to the alarm information, and the load will be automatically cut off when it exceeds the temperature.
• Handle or move equipment with care to avoid violent vibrations.
