Overview
The TENLIN SC-15 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 15 liters with a Temperature range from Room Temperature to 100 ° C. Principle
The Thermostatic bath works in tandem with the heating system through the Compressor refrigeration system to achieve rapid lifting and temperature accurate temperature control. The core Control system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to dynamically adjust the cooling or Heating power to maintain the set temperature. The circulation pump drives the liquid for domestic circulation to ensure uniform temperature in the tank; when the external circulation is turned on, the thermostatic liquid can be drawn out to provide temperature control conditions for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device, and the system will automatically operate and stabilize at the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and drain or retain the liquid in the tank as needed.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a stable and well-ventilated environment, away from flammable and explosive materials.
• When filling the heat conducting medium, the liquid level should not exceed the maximum marking line, and ensure that the medium is compatible with the equipment material.
• Before running, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements and ensure that the grounding is good.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• When the over-temperature alarm is triggered, please check and troubleshoot in time, and do not force it to run.
