Overview
The TENLIN SC-15B High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a laboratory device with a Tank volume of 15L with a Temperature range from room temperature to 300 ° C. It uses advanced temperature control technology to provide a stable and uniform temperature environment for a variety of experiments and tests that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system combined with the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the refrigeration or Heating power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the circulating pump drives the working medium (liquid) to flow continuously in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to quickly eliminate the temperature layer, so as to achieve the temperature in the tank quickly to reach the set value and maintain a high degree of uniformity and stability.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5, start operation, the equipment will automatically cool or heat to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• The added working medium should meet the requirements of Temperature range, and the liquid level should be moderate.
• Before using it for the first time or again after a long period of use, it is recommended to conduct a safety check.
• During operation, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure normal heat dissipation.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature limit to ensure the safety of the experiment.
• Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
• When external cycling, ensure that the pipeline connection is correct, unobstructed, and free of leakage.
