Overview
The TENLIN SC-25 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with a Tank volume of 25L with a Temperature range from Room Temperature to 100 ° C. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide an accurate and stable temperature environment for a variety of experimental and test scenarios that require High Accuracy temperature control.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system combined with the High Accuracy temperature sensor (Pt100). The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the cooling or Heating power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the circulating pump drives the working medium (liquid) to flow continuously in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to achieve rapid heat exchange and a high degree of uniformity and stability throughout the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (such as deionized water, silicone oil, etc.) into the Tank, and the liquid level should reach the specified height.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment and the system will run automatically, starting to cool or heat to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. After the temperature stabilizes, the experiment or test operation can be carried out.
7. After use, power off the device and drain or retain the working medium as needed.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas and flammable and explosive environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the medium in the Tank is sufficient and the medium type meets the requirements of the Temperature range to prevent dry burning.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet when the equipment is running, and ensure that the circulation pipeline is smooth.
When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set within a reasonable safety range.
• When the equipment has an over-temperature alarm or Miscellaneous failure, the cause should be checked first, and the alarm can be lifted before continuing to use.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to prevent dust and impurities from affecting the temperature control accuracy and equipment life.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment without authorization.
• Handle or move equipment with care to avoid violent vibrations.
