Overview
The TENLIN SC-30 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 30L with a Temperature range from Room Temperature to 100 ° C. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide a stable, uniform thermostatic environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath works with the heating system through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system, and is monitored in real time with the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the cooling or Heating power according to the deviation between the set temperature and the measured temperature. The circulation pump drives the liquid in the tank for domestic circulation to ensure uniform temperature; when the external circulation is turned on, the thermostatic liquid can be drawn out to provide a stable temperature field or cold source for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool or heat to the set temperature and maintain stability.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• The injected heat transfer medium should be appropriate and should not exceed the maximum liquid level.
• When the equipment is running, do not block the entry and exit trends to ensure ventilated heat dissipation.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• When making external circulation connections, ensure that the pipeline connection is firm to prevent leakage.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to avoid dust or impurities affecting the performance.
• If not in use for a long time, empty the tank and store it properly.
