Overview
The TENLIN SC-30A High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Tank volume of 30L with a Temperature range from room temperature to 100 ° C. It uses advanced control and cooling technology to provide a stable, uniform temperature environment for laboratory and industrial applications.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses its Control system to monitor the liquid temperature in the tank in real time based on the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjust it using the self-developed P.I.D. algorithm. The refrigeration system starts or stops the Compressor refrigeration according to the difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature to quickly reach and maintain the target temperature. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures that heat or cold is evenly distributed within the tank or transferred to external devices, thus enabling High Accuracy thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment, the refrigeration and Control system starts to work until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
The injected working medium must meet the requirements of the equipment, and the liquid level should be within the specified range.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm to take full advantage of the protection function of the equipment.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the external pipeline connection is correct and unobstructed.
