Overview
The TENLIN SC-40 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range of room temperature to 200 ° C and a Tank volume of 40L. It uses an advanced Refrigeration and Control system designed to provide a stable and uniform thermostatic environment for laboratories, suitable for a variety of experiments and tests that require High Accuracy Temperature Control.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath uses a built-in Compressor refrigeration system and an electric heating system, combined with a High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor for real-time temperature monitoring. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the cooling or Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. The circulating pump drives the heat conducting medium (liquid) in the tank for domestic circulation, so that the heat is quickly and evenly transferred, so that the temperature in the Tank is accurately stabilized at the set value.

Steps
1. Check the power supply of the equipment and the liquid medium in the tank.
2. Turn on the power switch and start the device.
3. Set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. The equipment starts to work and automatically performs cooling/heating to achieve and maintain the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• A suitable heat transfer medium should be used in the tank, and the liquid level should be within a safe range.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm temperature, and regularly check whether the alarm function is normal.
• The equipment has a protective function. If there is frequent alarm or power failure, please check the cause of the failure. Non-professionals should not disassemble it by themselves.
• Before cleaning and maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
