Overview
TENLIN SC-40A High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a laboratory equipment with a Temperature range from room temperature to 200 ° C and a Tank volume of 40L. It uses an advanced refrigeration and Control system to provide High Accuracy and High Stability Temperature environment for scientific research, testing and other fields.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system combined with the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the refrigeration or Heating power according to the deviation of the set temperature and the measured temperature. At the same time, the circulating pump drives the working medium (liquid) to flow continuously in the tank (domestic circulation) or inside and outside the tank (external circulation) to ensure a high degree of uniformity and stability of the entire temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and Miscellaneous parameters (such as alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5, start operation, the equipment will automatically cool or heat to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is suitable to avoid dry burning.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, the upper and lower limits should be set reasonably to ensure safety.
• When performing external circulation operations, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to prevent dust or impurities from affecting the performance.
• If there is an abnormal alarm, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and it can continue to be used after troubleshooting.
