The TENLIN SC-70 High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a thermostatic device with Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration and an in-house developed Control system. Principle
The Thermostatic bath achieves rapid cooling through a fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system. The control system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the self-developed P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust it. By controlling the Power output of the heating or cooling elements, the temperature in the tank is stabilized at the set value. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures that the heat or cold is evenly distributed in the tank or transferred to external equipment, thus achieving High Accuracy thermostatic control.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature and over-temperature alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation and the device will automatically adjust and control the temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
