Overview
The TENLIN SC-90A High Accuracy Thermostatic bath is a precision temperature control device with a Temperature range from room temperature to 200 ° C. Its Tank volume is 90L, and it is cooled by a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor. With self-developed temperature control technology and High Accuracy Sensor, it can achieve stable temperature control with Temperature Fluctuation of +/- 0.1 ° C and resolution of 0.01 ° C.

Principle
The Thermostatic bath monitors the temperature of the liquid in the tank in real time through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system combined with the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration or Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature. The circulation pump drives the working medium (liquid) to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or through the external circulation (external circulation) to ensure that the heat is transferred quickly and evenly, so as to achieve constant and precise control of the temperature in the tank or the external connection equipment.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool or heat to the set temperature and maintain it constant.
6. After use, turn off the power supply and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Before use, make sure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is suitable to avoid dry burning.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, a reasonable upper and lower limit should be set to ensure safety.
