Overview
The TENLIN GX-2005 High Temperature Circulator is a 5L Tank thermostatic device with a Temperature range from room temperature to 300 ° C. It is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable and uniform temperature field for experimental and production environments that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device works together through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to achieve precise temperature control. Its circulation system is divided into domestic circulation and external circulation: domestic circulation drives the liquid flow in the tank through the pump to ensure uniform temperature; external circulation can lead out the thermostatic liquid in the tank to provide a thermostatic environment or chill down source for external devices. High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor monitors the temperature in real time. The Control system adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the deviation of the set value and the actual value, so as to maintain the temperature stability.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the heating and cooling functions, and turn off the power after the equipment is chilled down.
