Overview
The TENLIN GX-2030 High Temperature Cycler is a thermostatic device with a Tank volume of 15L with a Temperature range from room temperature to 300 ° C. It is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with a High Accuracy Temperature Control system and an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable and uniform thermostatic environment.

Principle
The equipment heats the medium in the Tank through the heating system and cools it down through the Compressor refrigeration system to achieve the target temperature. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the heating and refrigeration power using the P.I.D algorithm to stabilize the temperature at the set value. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow inside the equipment (domestic circulation) or between external equipment (external circulation) to ensure the uniformity and Stability of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm upper and lower limits through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the heating and circulation system, and turn off the power after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
The equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop for use.
• Tank must be added a sufficient amount of appropriate heat transfer medium, dry burning is strictly prohibited.
The set temperature must not exceed the maximum allowable temperature of the equipment (300 ° C).
• When using the external circulation function, ensure that the external connection pipeline is unobstructed and well sealed.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt, it will be automatically protected when it exceeds the temperature, and it can be used again after investigating the cause.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and ventilating port to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
