Overview
The TENLIN GX-2050 High Temperature Cycler is a thermostatic device with a Tank volume of 15L with a Temperature range from room temperature to 300 ° C. It is cooled by an Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor and is equipped with an internal and external circulation system to provide a stable and uniform temperature field for experimental and production environments that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The high temperature circulator heats the medium in the Tank through the built-in heater and cools it down through the Compressor refrigeration system for precise temperature control. Its circulation system drives the medium flow through the pump, the domestic circulation makes the temperature in the tank even, and the external circulation can lead the thermostatic medium out to provide a thermostatic environment or chill down source for external equipment. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Sensor and automatically adjusts the heating and refrigeration power using the P.I.D algorithm to maintain the set target temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and alarm parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and the system will automatically run and reach the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the heating and circulation system, and turn off the power after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment away from flammable and explosive materials.
• Please ensure that the medium level in the Tank is within a safe range before use.
• Do not move or cover the device while it is running, so as not to affect the heat dissipation.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, a reasonable upper and lower limit should be set to ensure safety.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines are unblocked.
• Before performing maintenance, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
