Overview
The TENLIN GX-20100 High Temperature Circulator is a 50L Tank Volume thermostatic device with a Temperature range above room temperature to 300 ° C. The device integrates heating, cooling and cycling functions and is designed to provide a stable and uniform high temperature thermostatic environment for laboratory or industrial production.

Principle
The high temperature circulator heats or chills down the heat transfer medium in the Tank through the built-in heater and Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system precisely adjusts the heating or refrigeration power according to the temperature signal fed back by the Pt100 Sensor to achieve the target temperature. The circulating pump drives the medium to flow in the system (domestic circulation) or between the system and external equipment (external circulation), so as to transport the thermostatic liquid to the part that needs to be controlled to ensure the uniformity and stability of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5, start the device, the system will automatically run until the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the heating and circulation system, and turn off the power supply when the temperature decreases.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• The injected heat transfer medium must meet the requirements of the equipment Temperature range, and the liquid level must be within the safe range.
Before running, check whether the power connection is firm and the grounding is reliable.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature and ensure that the over-temperature protection function is enabled normally.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating tank and high temperature pipeline to prevent burns.
• Regularly check and clean equipment to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal components of the equipment.
