TENLIN DCW-2006L Magnetic Stirring Tank is a thermostatic and stirring experimental equipment. It uses Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration and advanced temperature Control system, which can provide accurate and stable temperature environment in the range of -20 ° C to 100 ° C. Principle
The device works in conjunction with the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to achieve precise control of the temperature of the medium inside the Tank. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor and adjusts the cooling or Heating power using the P.I.D algorithm to maintain the set temperature. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed. The circulation pump can achieve domestic circulation of the liquid in the tank to maintain uniform temperature, or external circulation to extend the Temperature range.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Place the container containing the sample into the Tank and place the appropriate magnetic stirrer.
6. Start the cooling/heating and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
7. After the experiment, turn off the stirring, cooling/heating functions in turn, and finally turn off the power supply.
8. Clean Tanks and Experimental Containers.
