Overview
The TENLIN DCW-4006L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic device that integrates refrigeration, heating, stirring and circulation functions. Temperature range is -40~ 100 ℃, Tank volume is 7.5L, with High Accuracy Temperature Control and Magnetic Stirring function, suitable for experimental scenarios that require precise temperature control and sample mixing.

Principle
The equipment realizes precise control of the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer to rotate through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is mixed evenly. The circulation pump can carry out the domestic circulation of the thermostatic medium in the tank to maintain uniformity, or external circulation for thermostatic control of the external experimental vessel or to provide a cold source.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of medium to the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the cooling/heating and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
5. If external circulation is required, start the circulation pump after connecting the external pipeline.
6. After use, turn off the function switches and power supplies, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the equipment is well grounded and add a sufficient amount of suitable medium.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no liquid or insufficient medium in the tank to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• Do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-40~ 100 ℃) when setting the temperature.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• When the equipment alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm prompt (such as overtemperature) before using it.
• Regularly clean the surface and Tank of the equipment to keep the ventilating port open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
