Overview
TENLIN DCW-0508L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic experimental equipment that integrates refrigeration, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. Principle
The device achieves precise control of the temperature of the liquid in the Tank through the built-in Compressor refrigeration system and electric heating system, combined with the High Accuracy temperature sensor (Pt100) and intelligent PID control algorithm. At the same time, the built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed. The circulation pump can carry out domestic circulation of the thermostatic liquid in the tank to maintain uniformity, or carry out external circulation to expand the thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
2. Put the sample container that needs to be thermostatic or stirred into the Tank, or connect the external circulation line.
3. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
4. Set the required target temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
5. Start the cooling/heating and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. After the experiment, turn off the stirring, heating/cooling functions in turn, and finally turn off the power switch.

• Before use, please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning or affecting the mixing effect.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• When performing external circulation, please ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
Do not move or tilt the device while it is running.
Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply and avoid liquids from entering the control panel or electrical parts.
