Overview
TENLIN DCW-1008L Magnetic Stirring Tank is a thermostatic equipment that integrates cooling, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. It uses Air-Cooled Compressor cooling and High Accuracy Temperature Control system to provide a stable and uniform thermostatic environment in the range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C. It is suitable for laboratory sample reactions, thermostatic foster and other occasions that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The device cools or heats the medium inside the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The High Accuracy temperature sensor (Pt100) monitors the temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the Control system. The Control system precisely adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm to stabilize the temperature at the set value. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field to make the temperature of the liquid in the tank even. The circulation pump can carry the thermostatic liquid in the tank for domestic circulation or external circulation to achieve a wider range of thermostatic applications.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the cooling/heating and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
5. If external circulation is required, start the circulation pump after connecting the external pipeline.
6. After use, turn off all function switches and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• The liquid level of the medium in the Tank must meet the requirements to avoid dry burning or affecting the mixing effect.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature, and regularly check whether the protection function is normal.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• Be sure to cut off the power supply before cleaning the equipment to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
• If not used for a long time, the medium in the Tank should be emptied and the equipment should be kept drying.
