Overview
TENLIN DCW-2008L Magnetic Stirring Tank is a thermostatic and stirring experimental equipment. It uses Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration and High Accuracy Temperature Control system to provide a stable and uniform temperature environment from -20 ° C to 100 ° C. It has built-in magnetic stirring function, suitable for experimental scenarios where precise temperature control and sample mixing are required.

Principle
The equipment realizes the temperature rise and fall control through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time and feeds the signal back to the Control system. The Control system precisely adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm to maintain the set temperature. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed and the auxiliary temperature is uniform. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) further enhances the temperature uniformity and Stability of the in-tank or external connection system.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Select domestic circulation or connect external pipelines to enable external circulation function as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool/heat and stir until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and clean the tank.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• The medium liquid level added to the tank should be moderate and should not be too full.
• Do not block the entry and exit trends during operation to ensure good heat dissipation.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the over-temperature alarm temperature, and pay attention to the alarm prompt.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning to avoid liquid entering the electrical part.
