Overview
The TENLIN DCW-3008L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic equipment that integrates refrigeration, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. It uses Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration and efficient heating system, combined with internal and external circulation functions, to provide an accurate and stable temperature environment for experiments, suitable for various laboratory scenarios that require accurate temperature control and sample stirring.

Principle
The equipment cools or heats up the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The built-in temperature sensor (Pt100) monitors the temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the microcomputer Control system. The Control system precisely adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm to achieve the rapid reach and stable maintenance of the target temperature. At the same time, the built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field to mix the liquid evenly in the tank. The circulation pump can carry out domestic circulation of the thermostatic liquid in the tank to enhance uniformity, or external circulation for thermostatic control of the external container.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power plug to a reliable grounded power socket.
3. Turn on the power switch, and the control panel display will light up.
4. Set the required temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
6. Press the run button and the device starts working.
7. After use, turn off the power of the device and unplug it.
Notice
Equipment must be grounded reliably to ensure safe use.
• The medium liquid level added to the Tank should be appropriate to avoid overflow.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank.
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• When carrying out external circulation, please ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
• If the device alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm prompt before using it.
• Before cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply and avoid liquids from entering electrical components.
