Overview
TENLIN DCW-4008L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic equipment that integrates refrigeration, heating, circulation and magnetic stirring functions. Temperature range is -40~ 100 ℃, Tank volume is 8L, Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration and new special software temperature control technology are used to provide accurate and stable temperature environment for laboratories.

Principle
The equipment realizes the cooling and heating of the medium in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The Control system precisely adjusts the cooling or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the Pt100 Sensor to achieve and maintain the set temperature. The built-in circulation pump pushes the medium to flow in the tank (domestic circulation) or through the external circulation (external circulation) to ensure uniform temperature. At the same time, the Magnetic Stirrer at the bottom drives the stirrer to swirl/spin, so that the sample is heated or chilled down more evenly.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
2. Connect the device power supply.
3. Set the required temperature, Rotation speed and other parameters through the control panel.
4. Start the refrigeration/heating, circulation, and stirring functions.
5. After the equipment is running to the set temperature and stabilized, the experimental operation can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and maintain it properly.
