Overview
TENLIN DCW-1010L Magnetic Stirring Tank is an experimental equipment that integrates thermostatic control and magnetic stirring functions. It uses Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration, with High Accuracy Temperature Control system and internal and external circulation system, which can provide a stable and uniform temperature environment in the range of -10 ° C to 100 ° C. It is suitable for all kinds of experiments that require precise temperature control and stirring.

Principle
Temperature control is achieved through a Compressor refrigeration system and an electric heating system. The temperature is monitored with a High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and the cooling and Heating power is adjusted by a microprocessor PID to reach the set temperature. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through a swirl/spin magnetic field to uniformly mix the liquid in the tank. The circulation pump can achieve domestic circulation of the liquid in the tank to maintain uniform temperature, or external circulation to expand the thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Start the cooling or heating and magnetic stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
5. If external circulation is required, start the circulation pump after connecting the external pipeline.
6. After use, turn off each function in turn, disconnect the power supply, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is well grounded and use a power supply that meets the requirements.
• The medium liquid level in the tank should be kept within a reasonable range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• It is forbidden to use flammable, explosive or highly corrosive media in the tank.
• Do not touch the heating/cooling components when the equipment is running and has just stopped, to prevent burns or frostbite.
• When performing external circulation, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• If there is an abnormal situation such as over-temperature alarm, it should be checked and troubleshooted immediately.
• Regularly clean the surface and groove of the equipment to keep the ventilated port open.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
