Overview
TENLIN DCW-2010L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic equipment that integrates refrigeration, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. Temperature range is -20~ 100 ℃, Tank volume is 10L, Air-Cooled Compressor refrigeration and new special software temperature control technology are used to provide laboratories with High Accuracy and High Stability thermostatic environment.

Principle
The equipment realizes temperature rise and fall control through a Compressor refrigeration system and an electric heating system. The new dedicated software temperature control technology is combined with the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to monitor and adjust the temperature of the liquid in the tank in real time. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer uniformly heats or chills down the medium in the tank, and the circulation pump can realize the domestic circulation of the liquid in the tank to maintain the uniform temperature, or the thermostatic liquid can be drawn out through the external circulation interface to provide thermostatic conditions or cold source for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Select domestic circulation or connect external circulation pipelines as needed.
5. Start the device, and it will automatically run to the set temperature and remain stable.
6. After use, turn off the power of the device and disconnect the external connection.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium added should be appropriate to avoid too much or too little.
• When performing external circulation operations, please ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and there is no leakage.
Do not touch internal moving parts or high/low temperature surfaces while the device is running.
• Set the upper and lower limits of the alarm temperature, and pay attention to the alarm prompt of the equipment.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to keep it clean.
• If not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
