Overview
TENLIN DCW-3010L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic experimental equipment that integrates refrigeration, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. Temperature range is -30~ 100 ℃, Tank volume is 10L, with High Accuracy temperature control and uniform stirring effect, suitable for experimental scenes that require precise temperature control and mixing.

Principle
The device realizes the control of temperature rise and fall through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed. The Temperature Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the Pt100 Sensor and precisely adjusts the refrigeration or Heating power using the P.I.D algorithm to maintain the set temperature. The circulation pump can carry the thermostatic liquid in the tank for domestic circulation to enhance uniformity, or for external circulation to expand the thermostatic field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the target temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment and the system will automatically operate to achieve and maintain the set temperature and stirring state.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
• The added working medium should be appropriate and should not exceed the maximum Tank volume.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the internal high or low temperature parts to prevent burns or frostbite.
• Pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt. In case of over-temperature and other alarms, please check and troubleshoot in time.
• Regularly clean the equipment to keep the incoming and outgoing trends open to ensure heat dissipation and cooling effects.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment by themselves.
