Overview
TENLIN DCW-4010L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic and stirring experimental equipment. It uses Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor cooling, Temperature range (-40~ 100 ℃), High Temperature Stability (Fluctuation +/- 0.03 ℃), and equipped with magnetic stirring function (Rotation speed 0-1000rpm), suitable for experimental scenarios that require precise temperature control and uniform mixing.

Principle
The equipment works in cooperation with the heating system through the Compressor refrigeration system to achieve rapid rise and decrease of the liquid in the tank. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration or Heating power to maintain the set temperature. At the same time, the built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer to rotate through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed. The circulation pump can realize the domestic circulation of the liquid in the tank to ensure uniform temperature, or lead the thermostatic liquid out through the external circulation interface to provide a thermostatic environment for the external experimental vessel.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and grounding of the equipment, and add an appropriate amount of medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the tank.
2. Put the stirrer into the liquid in the tank.
3. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch.
4. Set the required temperature, Rotation speed and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Start the cooling/heating and stirring functions, and the equipment starts to work.
6. If external circulation is required, start the circulation pump after connecting the external pipeline.
7. After use, turn off the stirring, cooling/heating, and power switches in turn.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• The medium level in the Tank should be sufficient to cover the Heater and Sensor, but should not be too full.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no medium or insufficient medium in the tank to prevent dry burning and damage to the equipment.
• When conducting low temperature experiments, pay attention to preventing the medium from solidifying and preventing condensation.
• When using the external circulation function, ensure that the external pipeline connection is firm and leak-free.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch internal moving parts (such as stirrers) and high/low temperature surfaces.
• Regularly clean the surface and Tank of the equipment to keep the ventilating port open.
• When there is an over-temperature alarm and other abnormalities, the cause should be investigated in time, and non-professionals should not disassemble and repair by themselves.
