The TENLIN DCW-1015L magnetic stirring tank is a thermostatic and stirring experimental equipment. Principle
The equipment realizes the temperature rise and fall control through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. It is precisely adjusted by the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor and the microprocessor Control system to reach the set temperature. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed. The circulation pump can realize the domestic circulation of the liquid in the tank, so that the temperature is uniform, or the thermostatic liquid is drawn out through the external circulation interface for temperature control of external equipment.

Steps
1. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
2. Connect the device to the power supply.
3. Set the required target temperature and stirring Rotation speed through the control panel.
4. Start the cooling or heating function and stirring function.
5. When the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, the experimental operation can be carried out.
6. If external circulation is required, connect the external pipeline and start the circulation pump.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
Make sure the equipment is used in a well-ventilated environment.
• The liquid level of the heat conducting medium added should be appropriate and should not be too full.
• Power supply voltage check before use.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heat transfer medium in the Tank and the swirl/spin stirrer.
• When setting the temperature, do not exceed the rated Temperature range of the device (-10~ 100 ℃).
• If the device alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm information before using it.
• Regularly clean the surface and Tank of the equipment to keep the equipment drying.
