Overview
TENLIN DCW-2015L Magnetic Stirring Tank is a thermostatic device that integrates refrigeration, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. Its Tank volume is 15L, Temperature range can reach -20 ℃ to 100 ℃, with High Accuracy Temperature Control and Stability, suitable for laboratory environments that require precise temperature control and sample stirring.

Principle
The equipment realizes precise temperature control through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field, so that the liquid in the tank is evenly mixed. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) further ensures the uniformity of the temperature field, and realizes real-time monitoring and regulation of temperature through the High Accuracy Sensor and Control system.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and connection of the equipment to ensure that the tank is clean.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) to the Tank.
3. Put the sample container to be treated into the tank and place the appropriate magnetic stirrer.
4. Turn on the power supply and turn on the power switch.
5. Set parameters such as target temperature and stirring Rotation speed through the control panel.
6. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
7. Start the equipment, and monitor the real-time temperature and status through the meter during operation.
8. After the experiment, turn off the heating/cooling, stirring, and circulation functions in turn, and finally turn off the power switch.
9. Remove the sample and clean the tank and equipment.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, well-ventilated environment, away from flammable and explosive items.
• Before use, please confirm that the type and liquid level of the heat conducting medium in the Tank meet the requirements.
• Do not start the heating function when there is no liquid or insufficient medium in the tank to prevent dry burning.
• When conducting low temperature experiments, pay attention to preventing the medium from solidifying and preventing the influence of condensate.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, always disconnect the power supply and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
• If the device alarms, please check and troubleshoot according to the alarm information before using it.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the internal parts of the equipment.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment into the trend, out of the trend, to ensure good heat dissipation.
