TENLIN DCW-3015L Magnetic Stirring Tank is a thermostatic equipment that integrates refrigeration, heating, magnetic stirring and circulation functions. The equipment adopts Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor refrigeration system, combined with self-developed temperature control technology and High Accuracy Sensor, can provide a wide range of -30 ° C to 100 ° C accurate temperature control, high temperature Stability, suitable for various experimental scenarios that require accurate temperature control and sample stirring.

Principle
The equipment works together through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to achieve rapid lifting and temperature accurate temperature control of the medium in the tank. The Control system monitors the temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to adjust the cooling or Heating power to maintain the set target temperature. The built-in Magnetic Stirrer drives the stirrer through the swirl/spin magnetic field to mix the liquid evenly in the tank, while the domestic circulation pump promotes the flow of the liquid in the tank, further ensuring Temperature uniformity. The external circulation pump can pump out the medium in the Thermostatic bath to provide a thermostatic environment or chill down source for external equipment.

Steps
1. Place the equipment on a stable and well-ventilated workbench and connect the power supply.
2. Add an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil, water, etc.) to the Tank, and the liquid level should not pass through the heater and Sensor.
3. Turn on the power switch, and the control panel display will light up.
4. Set the required target temperature, stirring Rotation speed and other parameters through the control panel.
5. Select domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed. If using external circulation, connect the inlet and outlet pipelines.
6. Press the start button, the device starts to work, and the Compressor and Stirrer are set to run.
7. During the experiment, the current temperature and set temperature can be monitored in real time through the panel.
8. After the experiment, first stop heating/cooling and stirring, and then turn off the power switch.
9. After the temperature in the tank approaches room temperature, empty the medium in the Tank and do a good job of cleaning.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas and flammable and explosive environment.
• Before use, please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is appropriate to avoid dry burning or the Sensor is not submerged.
• The heat conducting medium added must meet the requirements of the equipment Temperature range, avoid the use of volatile, flammable or corrosion liquids.
• When conducting low temperature experiments, pay attention to preventing condensation in the notches and external pipelines.
• Before moving or cleaning equipment, always turn off the power and wait for the equipment to completely chill down.
• When connecting the pipeline to the external circulation, ensure that the interface is firm to prevent leakage.
• If the equipment alarms (such as over-temperature alarm), please check the set parameters and equipment operation status immediately, and then continue to use it after troubleshooting.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
• Please perform regular maintenance on the equipment, such as cleaning the filtrating net, checking the circulating pump, etc.
