Overview
The TENLIN DC-2015C Program Temperature Control Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a temperature control device that uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor unit for refrigeration, with fast cooling speed and high temperature Stability. Equipped with a High Accuracy Control system and an internal and external circulation system, the equipment can provide a precise, uniform and stable low temperature thermostatic environment, and can lead thermostatic liquids externally to establish a second thermostatic field or as a cold source.

Principle
The device reduces the temperature of the liquid in the Tank through the Compressor refrigeration system. The Control system monitors the temperature in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor according to the set target temperature, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration power for fast and stable temperature control. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures uniform temperature of the working medium and delivers the thermostatic liquid to the desired location.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium (e.g. silicone oil, water, etc.) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required target temperature and parameters (e.g. P.I.D value, alarm temperature, etc.) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the device and it will run automatically until it reaches the set temperature and remains stable.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment for use.
When adding media to the Tank, do not exceed the maximum volume and ensure that the appropriate media is used.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet when the equipment is running, and ensure that the circulation pipeline is smooth.
• When setting the over-temperature alarm temperature, it should be set slightly higher than the Operating temperature to play an effective protective role.
• The equipment has a protection function. In case of an alarm, please check and troubleshoot according to the prompts before using it.
• Regularly clean the equipment surface and Tank, keep the equipment clean and drying.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
