Overview
TENLIN DC-0520C Programmed Temperature Control Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -5 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 20L. Principle
The equipment is cooled by the Compressor and heated by the electric heater, combined with the High Accuracy Pt100 temperature sensor to monitor the liquid temperature in the tank in real time. The Control system uses the P.I.D algorithm to automatically adjust the cooling or Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature, and drives the liquid through the circulation pump for domestic circulation or external circulation, so as to achieve fast, accurate and stable control of the temperature in the tank.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of heat transfer medium (such as silicone oil or water) into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and operating parameters (e.g. alarm temperature) through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start operation, and the equipment will automatically cool or heat until it reaches and stabilizes at the set temperature.
6. After use, turn off the power supply of the equipment and do a good job of cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
Equipment should be placed on a well-ventilated and stable countertop, away from heat sources and flammable materials.
• Before use, please ensure that the liquid level in the Tank is within a safe range to avoid dry burning or overflow.
• Do not use flammable, explosive or highly corrosive liquids in the tank as a heat conducting medium.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heat sink and Compressor and other high temperature or moving parts.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature and ensure that the alarm function is normal to prevent accidents.
• Regularly check and clean the equipment to ensure that the ventilating port is not blocked.
• If not used for a long time, drain the liquid in the tank and disconnect the power supply.
