TENLIN DC-1020C Programmed Temperature Control Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -10~ 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 20L. It uses programmed temperature control technology to provide a stable and uniform temperature environment, suitable for experimental and production scenarios that require precise temperature control.

Principle
The equipment works together through the Compressor refrigeration system and the electric heating system to realize the temperature rise and fall control. The Control system monitors the liquid temperature in the tank in real time through the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor according to the set temperature program, and uses the P.I.D algorithm to precisely adjust the refrigeration or Heating power. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) prompts the flow of the working medium to ensure the uniformity and Stability of the temperature field.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to the power supply.
2. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature and program through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5, start the device, the device will automatically run to the set temperature and remain thermostatic.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated, non-corrosive gas environment.
• Make sure the medium level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
• It is strictly forbidden to start the heating function without medium in the tank.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature and pay attention to the alarm prompt.
• Regularly clean the surface and tank of the equipment to maintain good heat dissipation.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
• When moving or disabling for a long time, drain the liquid in the Tank.
