Overview
The TENLIN DC-3030C Program Temperature Control Low Temperature Circulating Bath is a thermostatic device with a Temperature range of -30 to 100 ° C and a Tank volume of 30L. It uses a low-noise Air-Cooled fully enclosed Compressor for cooling, combined with self-developed temperature control technology and High Accuracy Sensor, to achieve accurate temperature control and rapid temperature rise and fall.

4. Equipped with multiple protection systems, including cooling overheating/overcurrent protection, over-temperature sound and light alarm, and over-temperature automatic load cutting.
5. Equipped with a large LCD control instrument, it is easy to operate and supports P.I.D automatic search or manual adjustment.

Principle
The equipment works in cooperation with the heating system through the Compressor refrigeration system to achieve the temperature rise and fall of the medium in the tank. The Control system precisely adjusts the refrigeration or Heating power through the P.I.D algorithm according to the temperature signal fed back by the High Accuracy Pt100 Sensor to maintain the set temperature. The circulation system (domestic circulation or external circulation) ensures that the heat is evenly transferred, so as to achieve thermostatic control of the container connected in the tank or externally.
Applications
Bioengineering, medicine, chemical industry, physics, materials, Measurement and other experimental and production fields that need to establish a thermostatic environment.
Steps
1. Inject an appropriate amount of suitable medium into the Tank.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the device.
3. Set the required target temperature and operating parameters through the large LCD control panel.
4. Choose domestic circulation or external circulation mode as needed.
5. Start the equipment to run, and the equipment will automatically control the temperature to the set value.
6. After use, turn off the device according to the procedures and disconnect the power supply.
Notice
• Please ensure that the medium liquid level in the Tank is appropriate before use.
• Do not block the liquid inlet and outlet when the equipment is running to ensure smooth circulation.
• Set the over-temperature alarm temperature and pay attention to the equipment alarm prompt.
Equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated environment to ensure normal heat dissipation.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
