Principle
The FS-400D Disperser adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit and digitally displays the rotation speed of the rotating shaft. The dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor. The material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve the effect of efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Install the components of the Disperser: motor, intelligent controller, host (dispersed shaft), cylinder, lifting bracket, fixing frame and screw rod
