QIWEI FS-1100D Disperser (Digital Display High Speed) is a device that integrates dispersion and mixing functions. The motor Power is 1.1KW, which can complete the dispersion and homogenization process in one machine and one container. It has the characteristics of efficient mixing, easy cleaning and simple and convenient manual lifting, and is widely used in the dispersion and mixing of materials in liquids such as factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and medical units.

Principle
Disperser adopts electronic constant force speed control circuit, digital direct display of shaft Rotation speed, and equipped with dispersion impeller and sand grinding disc. Under the high-speed drive of the motor, the dispersion head produces a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed, and the material experiences hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under centrifugal force, withstanding thousands of actions per minute to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Fix the stainless steel barrel on the holder fixing frame, and the barrel cover hole is matched with the motor shaft.
2. Connect the five-core aviation plug of the motor and the governor (pay attention to the direction of the notch).
3. Connect the ground wire.
4. Fix the sand disc or dispersed impeller with the rotating shaft.
5. Adjust the height of the rotating shaft and the container, lock the motor seat and the container, put in the material and cover it.
6. Turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, wait for the display to reset to zero, and adjust the Rotation speed as needed.
Notice
• Explosion-proof workshop should not be used, because the brush has sparks when rotating.
• Rotation speed greater than 4000r/min should not be turned on empty machine.
When the motor brush is less than 10mm, it should be replaced.
