Overview
QIWEI FS-1100D Disperser (Digital Display High Speed) is a device that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. The motor Power is 1.1KW, which has the characteristics of efficient mixing, easy cleaning and simple and convenient manual lifting. The equipment completes the two processes of dispersion and homogenization by one machine and one container, and is widely used in the dispersion and mixing of materials in liquids such as factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and medical units.

Principle
Disperser adopts electronic constant force speed control circuit, digital direct display of shaft Rotation speed, and equipped with dispersion impeller and sand grinding disc. The dispersion head generates swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, and the material is subjected to hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under centrifugal force, thousands of shears per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization effect.

Steps
1. Fix the stainless steel material cylinder on the holder fixing frame, so that the cylinder cover hole is in line with the motor shaft; 2. Connect the five-core aviation plug of the motor and the governor (pay attention to the direction of the notch); 3. Connect the ground wire; 4. Fix the selected sand grinding disc or dispersed impeller with the rotating shaft; 5. Adjust the high position of the rotating shaft and the container, lock the motor seat and the container, put in the material and cover the container cover; 6. Turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, and wait for the display screen to reset to zero. After that, adjust the Rotation speed through the touch button as needed.
Notice
• Explosion-proof workshop should not be used, because the brush has sparks when rotating; • Rotation speed is greater than 4000r/min should not be turned on empty machine; • When the motor brush is less than 10mm, it should be replaced; • Pay attention to the notch direction when connecting the five-core aviation plug; • The equipment is a series motor, no explosion-proof function.
