Overview
QIWEI JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion Disperser is a Disperser that integrates stirring, sand grinding and dispersion, meeting the different experimental needs of the laboratory. The product adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, no carbon brush mechanical abrasion, etc. The number directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and a sand grinding blades.

Principle
JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion Disperser adopts a new type of frequency conversion motor, and implements stepless speed regulation of the motor through smart frequency conversion controller. Using digital PID technology, the control accuracy is high, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle Rotation speed. The dispersion impeller and sand grinding blades are directly connected to the rotating shaft to realize the functions of stirring, grinding and dispersing.
Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, and the display on the meter is normal;
2. Turn the potentiometer knob to the left to the bottom;
3. Press the "RUN" button on the panel, and the motor is ready to run;
4. Adjust the potentiometer knob or press the “▲”/“▼” key until the desired Rotation speed;
5. Press the "STOP" button to stop the motor from running.
Notice
• Rotation speed greater than 4000r/min should not be empty;
• Before use, make sure that the holder is fixed to the barrel, and the barrel cover hole is consistent with the motor shaft;
• Rotation speed adjustment to avoid sudden high-speed start, to prevent damage to the equipment.
