QIWEI GFJ-0.5/2 Disperser (high-speed frequency conversion) adopts frequency conversion controller control, Rotation speed is stable and low noise. The equipment integrates dispersion, grind and stirring functions. It is suitable for paints, inks, coatings and other industries. Principle
The dispersion head of GFJ-0.5/2 (high-speed frequency conversion) generates swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, and the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Install the appropriate impeller or grinding disc
2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank
3. Set the desired Rotation speed and timing time
4. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding or mixing operations
5. Turn off the equipment and clean it after the operation is completed

• The maximum processing viscosity shall not exceed 100000mPa.s
The speed range should be controlled between 60 and 8000rpm
