Overview
QIWEI GFJ - 0.5/5 L Disperser (high-speed frequency conversion) adopts frequency conversion controller control, Rotation speed is stable and low noise. The Disperser integrates dispersion, grind and stirring functions, and is suitable for paints, inks, coatings and other industries. It can carry out dispersion, grind and stirring experiments at the same time, which not only saves costs, but also has higher experimental efficiency and more convenience.
Features
1. Adopt frequency conversion controller, Rotation speed is stable, low noise
2. Set dispersion, grinding, mixing function in one
3. Three experiments of dispersion, grinding and stirring can be carried out at the same time
4. With timing function
5. Spring lift, round tube bracket design
6. Optional 2.5L Single Layer Mixing Tank
Principle
The dispersion head of GFJ-0.5/5 L Disperser (high-speed frequency conversion) generates swirl/spin tangential high linear velocity under the high-speed drive of the motor, and the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve the effect of efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.
Applications
Paints, inks, paints
Steps
1. Install the appropriate impeller or grinding disc
2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank
3. Set the desired Rotation speed and timing time
4. Start the equipment for dispersion, grinding or mixing operations
5. Turn off the device after the operation is completed
6. Clean and maintain equipment
Notice
• The maximum processing viscosity shall not exceed 100000mPa.s
The speed range should be controlled between 60 and 8000rpm
• Make sure the equipment is firmly installed before use
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid material splashing
• Regularly check whether all parts of the equipment are normal
• This equipment has no explosion-proof function and is not suitable for flammable and explosive environments
