QIWEI GFJ - 0.7/5 L Disperser is a high-speed variable frequency dispersion Grinder, which integrates stirring, dispersing and grinding functions, and is suitable for laboratory experimental requirements. The motor power of this equipment is 750W, which is suitable for paint inks with a viscosity below 10000cp. The structure is simple. Principle
Driven by the motor at high speed, the dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear velocity, and the material generates strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of centrifugal force, withstanding thousands of shears per minute to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 220V 50HZ; 2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank to ensure that the viscosity does not exceed 10000cp; 3. Use the smart motor speed control instrument to set the Rotation speed, the range is 60~ 8000rpm; 4. Start the equipment for stirring, dispersing or grinding operation; 5. Use the timing function to control the running time; 6. Turn off the power after the operation is completed and clean the equipment.
