Overview
QIWEI FS-1100T/5L Disperser (Digital Display High Speed) is a laboratory equipment with a motor power of 1.1KW, integrating dispersion and stirring functions, and can complete both dispersion and homogenization processes in a single container. Principle
The Disperser adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit, and the digital direct display of the rotating shaft Rotation speed. Its dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, so that the material can withstand strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force. Fluid materials undergo thousands of shears and mechanical actions per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Installation: Fix the holder on the frame, fix the stainless steel barrel, and make the barrel cover hole fit with the motor shaft; connect the five-core aviation plug of the motor and the governor (pay attention to the notch direction); connect the ground wire.
2. Preparation: Fix the selected sand disc or dispersed impeller with the rotating shaft; adjust the height position of the rotating shaft and the container, lock the motor seat and the container, put in the material and cover the container.
3. Operation: Turn on the power supply, turn on the switch, wait for the display screen to reset to zero, and increase or decrease the Rotation speed through the touch button as needed.
Notice
• This machine is a series motor, which generates sparks during operation and is not suitable for use in explosion-proof workshops.
• Rotation speed greater than 4000rpm should not run empty machine.
• When the motor brush abrasion is less than 10mm, it should be replaced in time.
• Note the difference in equipment models: FS-1100T is a cylindrical strut, manually pressed to lift; FS-1100D is a square column strut and chain to adjust the lift.
