Principle
The FS-400T Disperser controls the Rotation speed through an electronic constant force speed control circuit and displays it digitally. Its dispersion head generates a high linear speed swirl/spin under the high-speed drive of the motor, so that the material can withstand strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, up to thousands of times per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects. The machine can calculate the relationship between the linear speed of stirring, dispersing and grinding and the viscosity and chemical reaction rate of the material according to the displayed shaft speed.
