Overview
FS-400D high-speed laboratory Disperser is a new type of high-performance product that integrates the functions of dispersion and mixing, and completes the two processes of dispersion and homogenization through machines and containers. The equipment has high efficiency, good mixing effect, convenient cleaning, and simple and convenient manual lifting. Principle
Driven by the high-speed operation of the motor, the dispersion head generates a high-speed tangential straight line. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material produces strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects, which makes the fluid material withstand thousands of shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve effective mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects. The relationship between the chemical reaction rate and the chemical reaction rate provides the correct process data for large-scale production.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and connect it to the power supply.
2. Select the dispersion impeller or grinding disc as needed and install it on the rotating shaft.
3. Put the material into the Mixing Tank to ensure that the Processing capacity is within the range of 2~ 5kg.
4. Start the device and adjust the Rotation speed to the required range (100~ 8000rpm) through the electronic constant force speed control line.
5. Use the electric lift function to adjust the position of the dispersion head and start the dispersion or mixing process.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid using improper voltage.
When handling materials, the viscosity should not exceed 100000mPa.s to prevent equipment overload.
• Check whether the dispersion impeller and grinding disc are firmly installed before operation to prevent loosening.
• When the equipment is running, avoid hand contact with swirling/spinning parts to ensure safety.
• Regularly clean equipment to maintain hygiene and performance.
• When selecting an ingredient bucket, pay attention to capacity matching, such as a 2.5-liter single-layer Mixing Tank or a 5-liter double-decked Mixing Tank.
