Principle
The device uses an electronic constant force speed line, and the number directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed, which can directly calculate the linear speed and material viscosity of the stirring, dispersing, grinding disc according to the display speed of the swirl/spin axis. Driven by the high-speed operation of the motor, the dispersing head generates a high-speed tangential straight line. Under the action of huge centrifugal force, the material produces strong hydraulic shear and high-frequency mechanical effects, so that the fluid material can withstand thousands of shear and high-frequency mechanical effects per minute, so as to achieve effective mixing, dispersion and homogenization effects.
