Principle
The Disperser drives the impeller through a motor to swirl/spin at high speed, generating strong shear force and turbulence in the liquid to achieve dispersion and mixing of materials. The electric lift system precisely controls the position of the impeller in the container to ensure uniform dispersion.
Applications

Steps
1. Put the material to be processed into the Mixing Tank
2. Choose the right impeller according to the material characteristics
3. Turn on the power and adjust the Rotation speed to the desired value
4. Adjust the impeller position through the electric lift system
Step 5 Start dispersing operations
6. Turn off the power after the job is completed and clean the equipment

• Before use, please check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements of 220V 50HZ
• Do not exceed the maximum Processing capacity 2~ 5kg during operation
• Rotation speed according to material viscosity, not more than 8000rpm
• Pay attention to safety during lifting operation to avoid pinching
