Principle
The Disperser disperses and mixes materials in liquids through a high-speed swirl/spin impeller, and combines precise control with an electric lifting mechanism to integrate the dispersion and homogenization processes in one container to ensure uniform mixing of materials.

Steps
1. Put the material into the Mixing Tank;
2. Adjust impeller and Rotation speed according to demand;
3. Start the device for decentralized or mixed operation.
4. Use the electric lifting function to adjust the impeller position;
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the equipment and clean it.
Notice
- Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage mismatch;
- Check whether the impeller and Mixing Tank are firmly installed before operation;
- The viscosity of the treated material does not exceed 100000mPa.s.
- Clean the equipment promptly after use to maintain hygiene.
- Avoid use in flammable and explosive environments, because the equipment has no explosion-proof function;
- Select the appropriate Mixing Tank according to the Processing capacity, such as the optional 2.5-liter single-layer Mixing Tank.
