Principle
The equipment produces strong shear, impact and turbulence on the fluid material in the container through a high-speed swirl/spin impeller or grinding plate, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, mixing and homogenization of the material. The electric lifting mechanism can flexibly adjust the position of the working head in the container to adapt to different liquid levels and process requirements.

Steps
Place the device on a stable bench and connect it to a 220V 50HZ power supply.
2. According to the Processing capacity (2-5kg) and material viscosity (maximum < 10000mPa.s), choose the appropriate Mixing Tank (standard 1.5L + 5L, optional 2.5L single-layer Mixing Tank).
3. Put the material to be processed into the Mixing Tank.
4. Adjust the dispersion head to the appropriate working position in the container through the electric lifting mechanism.
5. Set the required Rotation speed (100-8000rpm) and timing time through the knob.
6. Start the equipment for decentralized and mixed operations.
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply, raise the dispersion head, and clean the equipment and containers.
Notice
This machine is suitable for testing fluid materials in containers, and the processing viscosity should be less than 10000mPa.s.
• The equipment adopts a series motor, which is not suitable for use in an explosion-proof workshop, and the machine has no explosion-proof function.
• Before use, make sure that the Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ and placed on a stable table.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts of the body.
• Maintain the equipment regularly, keep it clean, and ensure the smooth operation of the lifting mechanism.
