Principle
The JFS-550 high-speed frequency conversion Disperser is driven by a frequency conversion motor, uses a smart frequency conversion controller to implement stepless speed regulation of the motor, and applies digital PID technology to precisely control the Rotation speed. The equipment stirres, grinds and disperses the material through a dispersion impeller or a sand grinding blades to achieve efficient mixing and grinding.
Steps
1. Plug in the power supply, and the display on the meter is normal.
2. Turn the potentiometer knob left to the bottom
3. Press the "RUN" button on the panel and the motor is ready to run
4. Adjust the potentiometer knob until the desired Rotation speed (you can also press the "▲" or "▲" key until the desired Rotation speed)
5. Press the "STOP" button to stop the motor from running.
Notice
• Rotation speed greater than 4000r/min should not drive empty
• Make sure the position of the rotating shaft and the container is adjusted properly and clamped before use
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid material splashing
