Principle
This equipment adopts electronic constant force speed control circuit, and the digital direct display of the rotating shaft Rotation speed. Its dispersion head generates swirl/spin tangential high linear speed under the high-speed drive of the motor, so that the material can withstand strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force, up to thousands of times per minute, so as to achieve efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion impeller or sand disc according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Put the material to be processed into the stainless steel drum.
3. Adjust the dispersion head to the appropriate height in the barrel through the manual lifting bracket.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed (within the range of 100-8000rpm) through the intelligent motor speed control instrument.
5. Start the equipment for dispersal, mixing or homogenization.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power supply, raise the dispersion head, remove the material, and clean the equipment.

* Please ensure that the equipment operates at Rated power (400W) and voltage.
The recommended viscosity of the treated material is less than 10000mPa.s.
* Processing capacity is recommended in the range of 2~ 5kg.
* Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts of the body.
After use, please clean the barrel and dispersing head in time to keep the equipment clean.
Equipment does not have timing and explosion-proof functions, so it is necessary to pay attention when using it.
