Overview
JFS-750 test multi-purpose Disperser is a new environmentally friendly laboratory product designed and developed by QIWEI brand using new technologies at home and abroad, integrating stirring, sand grinding and dispersion functions. The equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, no carbon brush mechanical abrasion, etc. The number directly displays the rotating shaft Rotation speed, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and sand grinding blade disc, which can adapt to different laboratory test needs and provide correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
The equipment adopts frequency conversion motor, and implements stepless speed regulation of the motor through smart frequency conversion controller. The application of digital PID technology has high control accuracy, and the 4-digit digital tube directly displays the spindle Rotation speed. The dispersion impeller and the sand grinding disc are directly connected to the rotating shaft, and the relationship between the linear speed of the stirring, dispersion and sand grinding blades and the material viscosity and chemical reaction rate can be directly calculated according to the displayed rotating shaft speed.
Steps
1. Connect the dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc to the shaft with screws
2. Use left and right grippers to fix the barrel
3. Rotation speed set by smart variable frequency controller
4. Start the equipment for mixing, dispersing or sanding operations
5. Observe the spindle Rotation speed displayed by the digital tube
Notice
• Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220V 50HZ, please make sure the power supply matches
• Pay attention to the fixing of the material barrel during operation to avoid loosening
• The speed range is between 60 and 8000rpm, please do not use beyond the range
• The cylinder jacket can be chilled down by water, pay attention to the chilling down system when using it
• Optional 5-liter double-decked Mixing Tank, please choose the appropriate container according to the experimental needs
